How do I make an answer option exclusive when the answer limit of the question is 'Choose many' ?

Currently, on the Self-serve platform only the below pre-listed options are exclusive (and pinned at the end):

• None of the above
• Not sure
• Prefer not to say

Any options other than these ones - (thus, the manually added ones) cannot be made exclusive.
