The YouGov CenX team is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. Cenx provides a central point of contact for all client queries related to the functionality of the Platform. Please login to the Platform and launch a request.

Alternatively, please speak to your client services contact at YouGov, who will ensure we help you resolve your issue.

 

Panelist Support

If you are a YouGov Panelist and require support for points, rewards or surveys, contact the Panel Support team here. The YouGov Panel team is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week
