There are a few different ways you can take to ask for help.

 

#1 Live Chat

Contact us by using Live Chat functionality available at the bottom right corner of the Platform Home page. It is quick and easy. The team is available Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, please speak to your client services contact at YouGov, who will ensure we help you resolve your issue.

 


Panelist Support
