I haven't received a confirmation code

If you're trying to create a YouGov Platform account but haven't received a confirmation code to confirm your email address, you can try one of the following solutions.

 

Quick fix

  1. Wait 2–3 minutes as email delivery can be delayed. 
  2. Check Spam/Junk for mail from noreply@yougov.com. 
  3. Resend the code. On the code screen, click "Click here to resend”.

If it’s still not there 

  • Confirm your email is typed correctly. If it’s wrong, go back and re-enter it.
  • Search inbox for noreply@yougov.com in Promotions/Other/Updates tabs.
  • Add noreply@yougov.com to contacts/allowlist, then resend.
  • Used this email before? You might already have an account. Try to login or recover password instead.
  • Only click Resend once every few minutes. Multiple requests can delay delivery.
