If you're trying to create a YouGov Platform account but haven't received a confirmation code to confirm your email address, you can try one of the following solutions.
Quick fix
- Wait 2–3 minutes as email delivery can be delayed.
- Check Spam/Junk for mail from noreply@yougov.com.
- Resend the code. On the code screen, click "Click here to resend”.
If it’s still not there
- Confirm your email is typed correctly. If it’s wrong, go back and re-enter it.
- Search inbox for noreply@yougov.com in Promotions/Other/Updates tabs.
- Add noreply@yougov.com to contacts/allowlist, then resend.
- Used this email before? You might already have an account. Try to login or recover password instead.
- Only click Resend once every few minutes. Multiple requests can delay delivery.
